12. free core pull function:


chen de has developed a new control system to solve mold design with complicated core pull requirements. besides basic features, there are some special features as shown below:

a. core in/out mode:  
core out:
•    before mold open
•    during mold open
•    mold open on-fly
•    after mold open (before ejection)
•    after mold open (after ejection)

core in:
•    before mold close (before ejection)
•    before mold close (after ejection)
•    during mold close
•    mold close on-fly
•    after mold close
(each core pull can be set independently)

b. stop core in/out by:
•    time
•    limit switch
•    counter
•    position (analog / digital)
(each core pull can be set independently)

c. safety position setting of a moving platen during core pull:
a moving platen stops moving further if it is already to its set position until core in/out is done.  this function is only for
•    during mold open/close
•    mold open/close on-fly

d. core in/out with holding:
•    only specified directional valve for core pull is energized
•    specified directional valve for core pull is energized as well as the holding pressure setting

e. flow and pressure settings for each core pull:
•    single phase analog setting
•    multi-phases analog settings (phases can be switched by time or position)

f. free core pull function:
priority setting to each core pull

g. driving source of core pull function:
•    hydraulic
•    electric
•    servo drive
(in addition, there are core pull safety protections e.g. safety alarm, complete return signal etc.)

13. precise hot runner function


•    high speed industrial ethernet communication method (based on epa standard)
•    pid parameters can be set automatically and fine-tuned manually. temperature precision up to ±ºc.
•    support 128 temperature control and expandable
•    each hot runner channel can be on/off independently.
