characteristics of the euromaster series:
1. appearance
curved door guard design gives the euromaster series a streamlined look. the door guards are also designed without top guides to provide more space for changing out molds, and for maintenance. the open design of the injection unit’s
back door is also convenient from the standpoint of maintenance. the guard design maximizes safety protection to the operator.
2. power system
the svp/2 system consists of a servo controller, a servo motor, and a fixed pump;
servo controller:
achieving flow and pressure control by internal control algorithm as well as signal feedback from pressure sensor and motor speed;
servo motor:
speed actuator which has faster response, higher rotational speed and larger torque than a typical asynchronous motor;
fixed pump:
high pressure internal meshing gear pump originally imported from germany with less leakage, smaller impulse and lower noise level, delivering greater stability and energy efficiency.
3. control system
an innovative new system developed by the chen hsong group’s engineers. the newage control system features fast response, and universal and intelligent networking. under the premise of stability, it overcomes technical problems in full electric and full digital servo energy-saving injection molding machines. it also demonstrates our machines' high degree of reliability, low noise level and high price performance, which responds to developing trends in the domestic high-end injection molding machines sector.
solid state relay from celduc france, 4-level main switch from abb, schneider contactor, pilz relay and other well-known brand name electric components guarantee a high quality electric circuit.
euromap 67 robot control interface
novotechnik linear transducers for injection, clamping, ejection and carriage movement ensure the high accuracy, consistency and reliability of the position control.
